     Rev. John Mullinax was born on 25 July 1769. He died on 14 July 1836 at age 66.

     Nathaniel Wofford witnessed Comfort was only about 20 when she married Nathaniel Wofford, abt 1792. The daughter Sarah Pruitt was born abt. 1797-98 And, I'm not even sure that Comfort Snow was married to a Cornfeld Pruitt (different spellings) or that the daughter Sarah was the daughter of Cornfeld Pruitt. In Comfort's will, she names all of her children. I believe Sarah the daughter was married at the time, to a J. Pruitt. For years there was a J. Pruitt and his wife, Sarah, and children living near Woffords. The only other daughter who was married at the time is listed by her married name.

I give to my children to wit: L. H. (Levi H. died in 1856) Wofford, Elender Wofford, Sarah Pruitt, Catherine Wofford, James Wofford, Jeremiah Wofford, The Children of my son Nathaniel, Benj' E. Wofford, Jesse Wofford, Mary Wofford, & Margarete Elh Hendrik, & the children of John Wofford the remainer of my estate to be divided among them equally except that the children of Nathaniel and John Wofford are to receive the shares of their parents respectively....There was a son, William Wofford who died in the War of 1812.¹ He witnessed And was this the Nathaniel Wofford who died before 1827 probably in Georgia, and left orphaned children? Was this the Nathaniel Wofford, who went to GA, and was he the one who was living in open adultery with Polydor Naylor's wife, Elizabeth from about 1815 through at least the time the divorce decree was issued1821. This was the first divorce decree issued in St. Clair County, AL. Polydore Naylor was a probate judge from 1821-1823. Polydore moved from GA to AL and took his wife, Elizabeth to get her away from this Nathaniel Wofford thinking it would solve the problem but Elizabeth ran back to GA and to Nathaniel Wofford, wouldn't leave Nathaniel and go back with Polydore Naylor to AL. He filed for the divorce, and it was granted. I have nothing more on this Nathaniel Wofford

     John Houpbough Wofford was buried at Wofford Family Cemetary, SC. He was born on 26 January 1786. He married Elizabeth Drummond, daughter of Ephriam Drummond Sr., on 3 November 1811. John Houpbough Wofford left a will on 25 October 1815; From Books M-N-O, Pg 322-323: June 27, 1815 JAMES WOFFORD to JOHN WOFFORD for $600 sold a Negro girl CLARY. Witness Nathaniel Wofford and Isaac Wofford. Signed JAMES WOFFORD. Witness oath Oct 25, 1815 Isaac Wofford to Drury McDaniel. Received Oct 25, 1815.¹ He died on 6 September 1838 at age 52.

     Jessie "Jesse" Elija Wofford was buried at Wofford Family Cemetary. He married Mary "Polly" Drummond, daughter of Ephriam Drummond Sr. Jessie "Jesse" Elija Wofford was born on 3 August 1789. He left a will on 25 October 1815; From Books M-N-O, Pg 321-322: June 29, 1815 JAMES WOFFORD TO JESSE WOFFORD for $300 sold a Negro boy JOE. Witness Thomas Drummonor and William Johnson.      Isaac Wofford was Moved to Alabama in 1830. He married Mabel Drummond, daughter of Ephriam Drummond Sr. Isaac Wofford was born in 1792.      Amanda "Didamea" Wofford witnessed James and Didamea had 6 children. She married James Johnston. Amanda "Didamea" Wofford was born in 1772.      Margaret "Peggy" Wofford witnessed David and Peggy had 2 sons. She married David Moore. Margaret "Peggy" Wofford was born in 1774.

     Elizabeth Wofford witnessed Elizabeth did not have any children with her first husband, William. She had 8 chidren with Johnson A. Mullinax. She was Moved West to Ala or Ark. She married William Burrow. Elizabeth Wofford married Johnson A. Mullinax. Elizabeth Wofford was born in 1776.

     Rebecca Wofford witnessed Rebecca and William had 9 children. She was Moved west. She married Rev. William Rhodes. Rebecca Wofford was born in 1780.

     Catherine "Catee" Wofford witnessed Catee and Jonathan had 5 known children. She married Jonathan Moore. Catherine "Catee" Wofford was born on 23 January 1780. She died on 11 January 1854 at Texas at age 73.

     Eleanor "Nellie" Wofford was Died at an early age. She was born in 1790.

     James Wofford Jr. was Died at an early age. He was born in 1778.

     Elizabeth Drummond was born on 7 October 1793. She married John Houpbough Wofford, son of Capt. James "Jimmie" Wofford and Anna Katharina "Caty" Hoppaugh, on 3 November 1811. Elizabeth Drummond died on 21 November 1847 at age 54.

     Mary "Polly" Drummond married Jessie "Jesse" Elija Wofford, son of Capt. James "Jimmie" Wofford and Anna Katharina "Caty" Hoppaugh. Mary "Polly" Drummond was born on 3 March 1797. She died on 24 December 1848 at age 51.

     Mabel Drummond married Isaac Wofford, son of Capt. James "Jimmie" Wofford and Anna Katharina "Caty" Hoppaugh.

     James Johnston married Amanda "Didamea" Wofford, daughter of Capt. James "Jimmie" Wofford and Anna Katharina "Caty" Hoppaugh.

     David Moore married Margaret "Peggy" Wofford, daughter of Capt. James "Jimmie" Wofford and Anna Katharina "Caty" Hoppaugh.

     Rev. William Rhodes married Rebecca Wofford, daughter of Capt. James "Jimmie" Wofford and Anna Katharina "Caty" Hoppaugh.

     William Wofford died at New Orleans. He was Died in the War of 1812 on Mississippi River near New Orleans.

Cole in 1820. James Wofford died circa 1860 at Choctaw Co Miss.
