     George Webster Culp married Miriam Sue Dickson. George Webster Culp was born on 16 April 1923 at Union, NC. He died on 26 February 2012 at age 88; The last son of George William and Virginia Hope “Janie” Locke Culp has passed away. George Webster Culp died at home on February 26th. His grandfather was John Calhoun Locke, son of Levi and Malinda Shurley Locke. He is survived by his wife, Miriam Dickson Culp, two sons, Ronald E. Culp and his wife Linda of Fort Mill, South Carolina, and Larry W. Culp and his wife Rebecca, and his sister, Elfrieda Culp Heape of Lawdy, Florida. He is also survived by five grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, George was preceeded in death by his two brothers, Robert Marion Culp, and Johnny William Culp, and five sisters, Frances Elizabeth Byrd, Evelyn Locke Carter, Mary Agnes Wegmann, Margaret Hope Varnadore, and Betty Jane Culp.

George was a native of Waxhaw, North Carolina, and a member of Catawba Baptist Church, where he was interred. George worked with Rock Hill Printing Company as a supervisor. Our condolences to the entire family.

     Miriam Sue Dickson married George Webster Culp, son of George William Culp and Virginia (Janie) Hope Locke.

     Her married name was Varnadore. Margaret Hope Culp married George Walker Varnadore. Margaret Hope Culp was born on 23 February 1926 at SC. She died on 2 December 1999 at Columbia, SC, at age 73.

     George Walker Varnadore married Margaret Hope Culp, daughter of George William Culp and Virginia (Janie) Hope Locke.

     Betty Jane Culp was born on 21 November 1928 at Lancaster, SC. She died on 28 May 1930 at Lancaster, SC, at age 1.

     Frank David Black married Martha Culp.

     Martha Culp married Frank David Black.

     John Tillman Locke Jr married Ruth Carter. John Tillman Locke Jr was born on 8 August 1921 at SC. He died on 25 October 1944 at age 23.

     Ruth Carter married John Tillman Locke Jr, son of John Tillman Locke Sr. and Sarah Ethel Black.

     William Calhoun Locke Sr married Sarah Nancy Gaston. William Calhoun Locke Sr was born on 2 October 1923 at SC. He died on 12 January 1982 at SC at age 58.

     Sarah Nancy Gaston married William Calhoun Locke Sr, son of John Tillman Locke Sr. and Sarah Ethel Black.

     Frances Helen Locke married Robert Oneal McFadden Sr. Frances Helen Locke married Franklin Dewey Marshall Jr.

     Robert Oneal McFadden Sr married Frances Helen Locke, daughter of John Tillman Locke Sr. and Sarah Ethel Black.

     Franklin Dewey Marshall Jr married Frances Helen Locke, daughter of John Tillman Locke Sr. and Sarah Ethel Black.

     Josiah Helms married Saphronia Baucom.

     Saphronia Baucom married Josiah Helms.

     John Glen Howell Sr married Mae Elizabeth Helms, daughter of Lonnie Wilson Helms and Martha 'Mattie', Hope Locke.

     Virginia Dare Ratcliffe married Walston Edd (Buddy) Helms, son of Lonnie Wilson Helms and Martha 'Mattie', Hope Locke.

     Hugh A "Buck" Mcauley married Margaret Virginia Helms, daughter of Lonnie Wilson Helms and Martha 'Mattie', Hope Locke.

     Robert Orrin Winchester married Merle Deal. Robert Orrin Winchester was born on 29 June 1915 at North Carolina. He died on 4 January 2003 at North Carolina at age 87.

     Merle Deal married Robert Orrin Winchester, son of Robert Oscar Winchester and Sadie Lewis Locke.

     Charles Locke Winchester married Myrtle Biggers.

     Myrtle Biggers married Charles Locke Winchester, son of Robert Oscar Winchester and Sadie Lewis Locke.

     John Arnold Locke was born after 1916.

     Furman Master Locke Jr married Mabel Dover. Furman Master Locke Jr was born in October 1921. He died on 13 May 2009 at NC at age 87.

     Mabel Dover married Furman Master Locke Jr, son of Furman Master Locke and Sue Belle Winchester.

     Elvin Lewis Locke was born on 3 December 1926. He died on 12 September 1954 at Savannah, GA, at age 27.

     Hugh Wilson Boyce married Letha Moore. Hugh Wilson Boyce was born circa 1916. He died on 2 December 2005 at Monroe, NC.
