    Mrs. Shurburtt is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Wofford Locke, Jr. of Spartanburg, SC. She graduated from the College of Charleston with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She is the owner of Carolina Traditions, a local bridal and formal wear boutique.
    Mr. Shurburtt is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Dean Shurburtt of Spartanburg, SC. He is a graduate of Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. He is a partner of Shurburtt Group, a local family owned landscape company.
    Mrs. Caroline Fields McMillan of Washington, DC attended the bride as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Lauren Anthony of Greenville, SC; Mrs. Jacque Burkhead of Denver, CO; Miss Julia Kirby of Charlotte, NC; Miss Mary Christine Hammond and Miss Caitlyn Boggs, both of Spartanburg, SC; and Miss Caroline Crockett and Mrs. Stacey Tyler, both of Charleston, SC.
    Mr. Gregory Dean Shurburtt of Spartanburg, SC, father of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Mr. Josh Costner of San Francisco, CA; Mr. Chris Knight of Charlotte, NC; Mr. Nick Hewitt of Spartanburg, SC; Mr. Daniel Locke of Atlanta, GA; Mr. Scott Robinson of Charleston, SC; Mr. Jeff Spry of Wilmore, KY; and Mr. Trey Palmer of Dunlap, TN.
    Music was provided by Eastside Quartet. Mr. Andrew Fischer and Mr. Matthew Fischer were the soloists during the ceremony. Back 9 of Spartanburg, SC provided music at the reception.
    After a trip to Jamaica, the couple will make their home in Spartanburg, SC.
